Harden grew up in South Africa and that's where he first worked in the entertainment industry. "I was a road manager for various bands, lighting designer for everything from Opera to Raves and everything in between. I was also a technical director for various shows including fashion shows, corporate launches and various tours," he says.
He came to the UK to expand his career and worked at Bandit Lites for eight years. He worked through the ranks form warehouse manager, to production manager, to operations manager and finally he became general manager.
"The diversity of ELP's work will really suit me and I'm looking forward to being involved with their special projects," he adds.. "I've had so many highlights in my career already such as working with Nelson Mandela in South Africa, the Queen & Paul Rodgers Tours in 2005 and 2008 and recently being involved in the Royal Wedding TV coverage. But I'm sure there are more special moments to come in my new role here at ELP."
