Chris Higgs started work in the entertainment industry in 1973 and has since worked in most sectors, providing rigging and flying effects for drama, opera and ballet in both subsidised and commercial theatre, for television and for concert touring throughout the 80's and 90's. In 1998, Chris started Total Training at Total Fabrications, part of what is now the Total Solutions Group in the UK.
Higgs will be presenting two keynote sessions including Working at Height and participating in panel sessions at the show. Higgs said, "I am looking forward to discussing some of the hot industry topics with industry heavy weights in Australia. ENTECH is the show in Australia that facilitates this interaction, which is a great way to keep us all informed in this industry".
In addition JMC Academy confirmed that they would deliver three sessions on the programme. For over 25 years, the JMC Academy has been involved in music and entertainment education with accreditation, comprehensive higher education programmes, industry standard facilities, multi campus locations and industry respected teaching professionals. They will deliver two introductory level sessions and a half day workshop in the audio stream of the programme.
