Equipson's new anechoic chamber
Spain - Spanish manufacturer Equipson has completed the development of its new anechoic chamber. This investment is part of the company's drive to improve its capabilities for the design of advanced acoustic loudspeakers. At the same time, new experts have joined the engineering team in charge of acoustic projects.

The construction of the anechoic chamber is a logical step in the evolution of WORK (the company's leading brand) over the last few years, with the release of high quality audio solutions. The specific design of the anechoic chamber completely absorbs reflections to minimise the reflections of a room, the company says.

"Engineers in charge of sound projects have the opportunity to obtain precise results in-situ for loudspeakers in development. This is clearly a project accelerator, taking into account that before, it was necessary to subcontract this service to universities that owned such anechoic chambers. With it, engineers not only have precise measurements: it actually boosts innovation because it is now possible to realise as many audio tests as required," adds the company.
