USA - The Special Event Show and Vivien - Virtual Event Designer are getting together in Los Angeles next week to offer a series of "firsts." In a first-ever virtual lab setting, a diverse group of Vivien Users comprising students, event planners, and designers from around the world are coming together to participate in the inaugural seminar, Getting Started with Vivien - Virtual Event Designer. In this unique environment, attendees will not only learn directly from the Vivien team, but also from Vivien Ambassadors-industry leaders, clients, and students who are eager to share their design expertise with others. Participants will learn how easy it is to adopt Vivien's award-winning tools into their event planning process, the company says.

"This truly unique learning environment will provide attendees with valuable design skills that they can immediately apply to their event planning process," says Carol Moxam, VP Professional Development & Educational Programs, Vivien. "Our Vivien team is supported by experienced users and event management students who will act as ambassadors by assisting and sharing their expertise. Participants will learn how to create accurate 2D floor plans, eye-catching virtual views, and 3D renderings that are sure to WOW their clients!"

The Vivien team of experts will give detailed demonstrations of Vivien's Wizards, showing them how, in a few clicks, they can add seating, lighting, pipe and drape, and projection elements to their event designs. Getting Started with Vivien - Virtual Event Designer is taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Room 403A on Tuesday, January 9 from 2:45 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Vivien will be exhibiting on the tradeshow floor at Booth 747, where the team will be joined by the Vivien Ambassadors.

The Canadian Consul General of Canada will be recognising the amazing achievements of CAST Software, the makers of Vivien and wysiwyg, at a private reception to be held on Thursday, January 11.
