Event Sound & Light adds to RCF inventory
UK - Essex-based rental company Event Sound & Light, used the recent PLASA show to strengthen their RCF TT+ inventory of products by ordering another 12 TTL33-A line array modules and four TTS28-A double 18' subwoofers.

Following a busy summer and what looks to be a busy winter season and new year they decided to increase their inventory with another line array system and other TT+ 2 way loudspeakers. Paul Galley co-founder of Event Sound & Light comments: "Having had the TT+ line array for a couple of years now it has proven to be a great asset to our rental stock and has surprised many high profile engineers with its clear, dynamic audio response.

"The system has also been driven very hard at times when needed to be and again retains its clear even coverage making it a very easy and forgiving system to use. From a rental point of view it's very competitively priced and can certainly perform alongside other higher regarded brands often showing them up. We used to sub hire different systems in when we needed to cover larger events and often found the systems to be quite awkward and often heavy, where as the TTL33-A can be sent out with just a couple of crew."

RCF's Greg Oliver comments: "We had a great deal of interest at this year's PLASA show from customers both old and new and the TT+ range of products was a major part of that interest. The growth of the brand and of the individual product families is great and the TT+ product range is going from strength to strength, that's all down to the product not only being very good but more importantly when you get into the high end audio market its about word of mouth and its customers like Event Sound & Light that continue to do this for us. It's great that Paul Galley and Nigel Hills (founders of Event Sound & Light) consider RCF a major part of their growth plans and continue to invest in the product."

RCF have actively been growing the product range and used the PLASA show to launch a number of new additions to the TT+ range. Probably the most important development within the range has to been the TTL55-A large format line array system. Following the progression of the product family, it was only a matter of time before RCF launched a large format line array system to compete at the highest level for the concert and touring industry.

Nigel Hills adds, "The RCF products has proven to be very reliable and been a great asset for us as part of our hire stock, it has been popular with our engineers and customers alike for different reasons but overall it has worked and worked well so it made perfect commercial sense to invest in more. We can now offer our customers a complete solution from our own hire stock maximizing the profit available from each hire or production we do."
