FogScreen, which allows images to be projected onto a thin veil of fog, has won many awards, including TESA (The Event Services Association) Award for Innovation 2006, the EU's 2005 European IST Prize, a PLASA Award for Innovation (2005), the first prize in Laval Virtual 2004 (user interface category) and InnoSuomi 2003. FogScreen has been said to be the innovation of the decade in audio-visual technology, the company says.
"FogScreen One gives a wide variety of new possibilities for different customer needs", says Mika Koivula, CEO of FogScreen Inc. "All FogScreen products allow customers to play with the product, create different designs, shapes and sets. In FogScreen One the difference is in the scalability: the screen size starts from 1 meter but linking FogScreen Ones together it is possible to have the set up as wide as needed," he continues.
