Full house for XTA training seminar in Athens
Greece - DNA Systems, XTA's newly appointed distributor for Greece, recently hosted a training seminar for XTA users in Athens. Thirty pro audio professionals from all over the country gathered together in DNA's showroom to participate in the seminar given by design engineer Waring Hayes assisted by sales director Bill Woods.

"When we met the DNA guys at PLASA, we agreed that we would participate in a training seminar. Takis Tsonopoulos - DNA's managing director - contacted us with a date and an agenda. They told us that they expected 30 people to attend and that is exactly how many did come."

Hayes added: "The audience were largely very familiar with the workings of the DP226 and Audiocore so we concentrated on the DP4 Series, the newer features of Audiocore and the wireless interface. Then Bill gave an overview of some new products such as the DC1048 and the NXBoB Dante Breakout boxes. Judging from the questions asked and the feedback given, I think they found the seminar very worthwhile."

Takis Tsonopoulos commented: "It was our pleasure to invite Waring and Bill to Athens for this event, which was indeed an unqualified success. Our strategy with all of our brands is to educate the market on the finer points of our products. We knew that many rental companies in Greece are using XTA already but we felt it very important to reinforce the brand's excellent quality by hosting the seminar. We have already seen new orders as a direct consequence of this."
