"Recent months have been busy - we were commissioned to supply all the sound and lighting for the PLASA 25th anniversary celebrations, which was a real honour, as well as full production for the 2002/2003 Theme Awards." Other recent credits include sound and lighting for the BEDA Awards party, and the BEDA Chairman's lunch, supplied on behalf of Mach and Martin Professional.
Funtime's installations continue to receive acclaim, most recently with The Space in Leeds, Boom in Portsmouth, The Apartments, Swindon, and Rehab in Leeds, where they worked very closely with Dave Parry and Dave Beer to create a Fabric-type venue for the North of England. As main supplier to Po na na and DP Leisure, Funtime, under the direction of Mark Parker, who takes on the role of operations director, will continue to develop its role as service provider, and build the Partnership approach to business that has made Funtime such a success.
Reece-Farren leaves the company to pursue a new venture. Mark Parker commented: "We wish Jonathan every success with his new venture. As for Funtime, I trust that one of the more recent success stories of the industry continues to develop under its new management team."
