Cook joined Gallowglass in 2011 as a crew member and became duty manager earlier this year before being given an operational role as London crew manager during the 2012 London Olympics.
Nick Grecian, Gallowglass managing director, said, "Antony proved to be an excellent manager and a great communicator during the hectic summer months, so his interpersonal skills give him ideal credentials for this key client liaison role. As the company continues to grow it becomes more important than ever that our clients are confident that their needs are understood and their requirements met right from the earliest point of contact. "
Cook will be reporting to Gallowglass director of business development, Matt Storey, and will liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis.
Cook said, "In the relatively short time that I've been with Gallowglass it has become clear that the company takes its client relationships extremely seriously. My role is to engage with clients - both existing and potential, both through face-to-face and telephone contact."
