Hawthorn's installation team have been installing ETC control and dimming equipment, including Congo desks, into many venues and been very impressed by their reliability and flexibility. Head of installations Alan Jackson, said, "This allows us to provide additional support to our customers and add servicing of Congo's to our ServiceSafe portfolio."
Hawthorn's hire manager, Dave Slater, commented, "We've received nothing but praise for the Congos from a variety of venues, so adding them to rental stock was the logical next step; there's already been a lot of interest from our customers."
Alan Jackson, head of installations at Hawthorns, will be on the stand this year to discuss ServiceSafe, Hawthorn's new testing and servicing division launched earlier this year, along with key members of Hawthorn's business development team.
