Effective from 1 December, the move precipitates a further reshuffle of the HHB sales team, while also creating new positions which are expected to be filled in the near future.
Nikki Kalsi is promoted to manager, broadcast & SI sales, focusing on sales and services to UK broadcast media technology companies, and with responsibility for Dolby product management.
Greg Wheeler becomes manager, professional audio sales, encompassing a wider brief for sales in the broadcast and computer game sectors with Avid Pro Tools and file-based systems.
Matthew Fletcher continues as international sales manager, with additional responsibilities for UK market development of HHB distributed brands, including Wohler and other 3G/HD/SD-SDI technology.
Andrew Hingley continues in his role as education sales manager, with additional product management responsibilities for digital consoles, audio over IP and MADI.
Commenting on his new role and the wider changes in general, O'Donnell says: "It is a fascinating time in the professional audio industry. Whether freelance sound recordist or multi-site broadcast organisation there has never been so much choice in technology. HHB's role as long-term partner and trusted ally to those in the professional audio community has never been greater. Combining a talented and committed team with exciting and innovative products has always been our philosophy."
