The ConTour Array fills the gap between conventional ground-stacked PA systems and large line arrays for the touring market, says the company. It was designed especially for the ever-changing needs of a whole variety of venues with audiences ranging from 500 to 2,000 in size, such as clubs, smaller halls, town fairs and festival tents. The ConTour Array is available both as an active system with integral electronics and as a passive version with external amplification and controller.
The CTA 208 mid/high unit is loaded with two 8" neodymium loudspeakers and four 1" high frequency drivers. The HF-wave transformer used in this line array system is based on the Cohedra AcousticLens technology developed by HK Audio. The mid/high units can be flown as well as stacked in a curve, which enables employment of the system in practically any environment.
The ConTour Array Road Package systems offered in these specials are true plug-and-play, with heavy-duty flight cases for the mid/high units as well as protective covers and dollies for the subwoofers already included at a very attractive package price.
