Lyteline is a flexible electroluminescent wire and cable - often been referred to as the light without a light-source. With seven basic forms of wire and six types of cable, Lyteline can be used in hundreds of applications where flexible, illuminated, lightweight or extended length illumination is required.
PLASA 2005 also sees the launch of Glo-light - the latest and brightest Lyteline EL cable to date. With a diameter of 7mm it can be used in place of neon. The cable body can withstand being driven over by light vehicles, it's waterproof and the only EL cable suitable for long-term underwater use. It is resistant to petrol, oil and many other chemicals and after use, the cable can be reeled up.
