Hughston Engineering has pledged a percentage of the profits from sales of their Male and Female SOCAPEX Cable Testers to support the charity. The Female Tester features an Edison input, rotary dial for each circuit, 20A circuit breaker, and 6 indicator lights while the Male Tester includes a continuity tester and 6 indicator lights. All of Hughston Engineering's products are made in-house by IATSE Local 16 employees. All products are rigorously tested to ensure the utmost quality and they are an ETL-Listed shop.
Upon announcing the pledge, Lance Hughston, Sr. stated, "I want to support Behind the Scenes because they are a great organization that helps a lot of stagehands when they can't work and need assistance to get by. You never know when you'll be the one needing the help."
Rick Rudolph, the chair of Behind the Scenes, welcomed Hughston Engineering as a Pledge-a-Product Partner saying, "Lance and his team at Hughston Engineering exemplify what Behind the Scenes is all about - working professionals helping our colleagues in need. Lance's long history in our industry has taught him how important it is that we take care of our own and we applaud him for stepping up to show that a small team can make a huge difference."
