Rackz will now be offering a full back up and repair service for the above products. Mike Butt former senior electronic engineer from Hz and Dave Roberts former technical designer will be dealing with the loudspeaker problems. However the company is unable to perform any free guarantee work on behalf of the former HZ International Ltd. All work will be charged out at £22 per hour or part thereof plus parts and carry a three-month guarantee.
