Increased ProLyft service offered in India

All SP’s have stock in spare parts and offer quick and smooth servicing and repair. Service points use the ProLyft database to store and provide all servicing information, providing optimal service and smooth communication. Importantly, they perform annual inspection and recertification in accordance to the life time warranty of ProLyft hoists.
In order to optimize the ProLyft service in the Indian sub-continent, Prolyte Asia Pacific is has announced that, with immediate effect, Natura RigTech, based in Mumbai, will provide all ProLyft service point related services mentioned above from this moment onward.
Natura was established in 2006 and has gained, within a reasonably short period of time, a widespread reputation as a hub for high quality service within the rigging industry. With a main focus on safety while supplementing it with transparent processes and ensuring qualified personnel for execution
Avishkar Tendle, managing director of Natura comments: “Our business has not focused on this kind of service in the past, but it is certainly in line with our philosophy as a company. This is why we are very glad to be appointed as a service point for the best-selling chain hoist in India. Our main focus as a service point will be on servicing and recertification of the many existing hoists in India.”
The majority of sales activities for ProLyft and Prolyte will remain in the hands of Prolyte Asia Pacific and Modern Stage Service.
