In order to secure a stable future for One Two Sales, new owner Intersonic is encouraging key OTS employees to buy shares in their company. Intersonic's directors are also keen to emphasise that the two companies will remain as separate operational entities.
One Two Sales was created out of the sales department of Starlight AB in 2007, handling Vari-Lite, Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC), Rosco Filter and Meyer Sound Laboratories among other lines. One of the critical elements of the new deal is the continued cooperation between OTS and United Audio Starlight.
As one of North Europe's largest rental suppliers of staging, sound, lighting and transportation, UAS needs to maintain a strong relationship with a local supplier of high-quality equipment. In turn, OTS will continue to reap the benefits of having such a prominent customer, providing feedback and user-knowledge.
