The Netherlands - With just a few days to go until the fourth edition of Integrated Systems Europe opens in Amsterdam, the show organisers have announced that visitors to ISE 2007 will see a show that is bigger in size and has twice the number of special features than in previous events. These include some new education sessions in the conference programme. Over 350 exhibitors will be at ISE, representing a 40% increase on the 2006 event.

Halls 1 - 4 at the Amsterdam RAI exhibition centre are about to open to welcome the first of over 350 leading exhibitors who are on their way to prepare for what is now officially the biggest event yet staged by ISE. As Mike Blackman, show director confirms: "This is a true testament to not only the AV industry, but also the Exhibition medium, that many exhibitors are using ISE 2007 to show and introduce (new) products to the industry. We have invested heavily on attracting serious buyers and key decision makers to the show and this is reflected by the fact that we have a record number of exhibitors at the show."

At the show, there will be workshops on topical issues, products and latest product launches, product training and product presentations all delivered by experts. ISE 2007 will again offer a comprehensive conference programme for business, sales and technical professionals.

InfoComm International will be launching its European Market Definition and Strategy Study which will offer conclusive proof that the audiovisual industry produces annual revenues of €8.5 billion in Europe. The presentation will include discussions on product and service opportunities in the AV industry as well as a look at technological trends and social and economic issues likely to affect the way pro AV products are bought and sold in Europe.CEDIA will host a number of educational sessions throughout the show for the residential electronic systems professionals and custom installers. Sessions include: IP for Integrators, an introduction to Residential Multiroom Audio and Making the move to residential custom integration.

NSCA will present educational workshops, aimed at those who require detailed technical information and best practice advice on managing a successful systems integration company. Key sessions include sound reinforcement design and sound system gain structure and equilisation.

There will be a series of display pavilions including the return of the InfoComm large venue and digital cinema displays, CEDIA home cinema theatre and residential solutions area. And a first for ISE is the launch of the Interactive Multi Media Conference Pavilion where there will be a variety of voice, data, and video conferencing applications and solutions.

Seminars for architect and designers will take place, as well as forums and round table discussions, moderated and led by the leading industry figures. These will cover Digital Signage and AV Integration techniques supported by a series of case studies in the ISE Theatre.

The show organisers have announced that the online registration service will continue to remain open right up to, and during the days of, the show. To avoid the expected large queues at registration, visitors are urged to act before 30 January, when ISE 2007 opens, and reserve their show badge. Visitors who register online before the show opens can benefit from a reduced entry fee of €25. Visitors who pre-register online during the days of the show or at the registration desk will be required to pay the full €40 entry fee.
