The Netherlands - A 28,000 lumens laser projector, a 1.8mm bezel videowall display and the industry's most compact, 10,000 lumens laser 1-Chip DLPTM projector are among the innovations exhibited by Panasonic at ISE 2016 in Amsterdam.

The Panasonic booth features a 'Robotic Experience' or RobEx, developed in collaboration with event company XPION. Industry grade robots with 98-inch 4K resolution displays were used to create an immersive viewing experience.

In projection, Panasonic launched the PT-RZ31K, the company's highest brightness 3-Chip DLPTM projector series using SOLID SHINE laser technology. The projectors, available from autumn 2016 in both WUXGA and SXGA+, each output at 28,000 centre lumens.

Designed for rental and staging applications, the projectors offer continuous maintenance-free operation. The compact projectors are compatible with existing 3-Chip DLPTM Panasonic lenses, allowing operators to share lenses between projectors in their inventories.

In addition, Panasonic unveiled the industry's lightest and most compact 10,000 lumens 1-Chip DLPTM laser phosphor projector. The PT-RZ970 series consists of three models and boasts a brightness of 10,000 centre lumens. The projector builds on the features and technology of the multi-award winning PT-RZ670 series, but with approximately 1.5 times more brightness.

ISE 2016 was also used to launch three new 5,000 lumen class projectors, the PT-RZ570, PT-FZ570 and the small, lightweight PT-EZ590 aimed at meeting rooms and classrooms.

Panasonic also showcased an expanded display line up. The EF1 series, adds 84, 75, and 32-inch displays to the existing entry series and focuses on high image quality, reliability and self-contained functionality in stylish IPS panels.

Jan Markus Jahn, director of Panasonic Visual System Solutions at Panasonic, said, "We have gone bigger and better at ISE 2016, with our biggest ever booth and more visual applications on show than ever before. Our range of projectors and displays is now extremely strong. I can say with confidence that Panasonic offers end to end visual solutions, suitable for every end user."
