Thorn spent the past five years at Halo Lighting, following ten years working with AV and videoconferencing technology at BT.
"I've been aware of Sound Division's excellent reputation within the industry for many years and it's a real pleasure to be invited to join the team. I'm greatly looking forward to the challenges ahead," she says.
The company's managing director David Graham adds, "It is fortunate that we have been able to recruit someone of Jo-Ann's background and enthusiasm. With a range of services from party and event production through to top-level install it was vital that we enlisted someone with the organisational skills and industry knowledge to co-ordinate this."
