Prior to joining L-Acoustics, Alvin worked for Singapore based sound rental company Pantomime Entertainment Pte Ltd, starting as a sound engineer and eventually becoming the Malaysian director of the company. In 1996 he created his own consultancy Clef Production.
Alvin brings more than 20 years of experience in leading roles such as FOH engineer and system engineer and worked with top class acts such as Bryan Adams, Cyndi Lauper, Sting, Depeche Mode, Phil Collins, Santana and Mariah Carey .
Said Florent Bernard, director of application, touring, "When I first met Alvin, I was impressed by his technical expertise, product knowledge and communication abilities within a team. After working for us as an independent consultant for almost a year, it only seemed natural to offer this newly created position."
