“Our goal with Venus and Jupiter has always been to set a benchmark in the LED market,” explains Manuel Müller, director rental at Lang. “With this in mind, two of the things next to resolution that were most important to us were usability and brightness, with Brompton’s leading Tessera LED processors serving a perfect match for those key requirements.”
Thanks to Brompton’s Dynamic Calibration technology, the Lang team, together with Absen, were able to increase the brightness of Venus to a level much higher than on conventional LED screens. “And we are able to further surpass the brightness for those applications that require exceptionally realistic-looking visual content and extra-wide colour gamut by utilising Brompton HDR,” adds Müller.
“For almost 45 years, Lang has been at the forefront of offering its know-how on visual presentation technology, earning a reputation of being the leading service provider for professional video applications in the European market,” says Peter Mathia, CEO at Lang. “Whether it’s for the big stage or small-scale events, we can offer the right solution. For us, quality always comes first. We have chosen Brompton LED processing for our Jupiter and Venus panels to keep our standards and guarantee our customers the most sensible solution. That is what we aim for with all our product lines.”
“For the last 10 years we have been passionate about the relationships we have with our clients, making sure we work closely together to fully understand their needs. It is very rewarding to see this come to fruition for the benefit of the end users,” concludes Dries Vermeulen, business development manager Europe at Brompton Technology. “We hope our innovative LED video processing solutions will continue enabling industry leaders like Lang to provide their customers with cutting-edge technologies no matter the scale and size of the event they do.”
