The Brompton booth features a dedicated broadcast and live events demo area

USA - Brompton Technology is set to showcase its latest Tessera solutions at LDI 2024 next month at the Las Vegas Convention Centre – West Hall. With a strong focus on live events and broadcast applications, Brompton (#2861) will highlight its powerful HDR content capabilities, new features in Tessera v3.5 software such as Extended Bit Depth and Dark Time Insertion, and its groundbreaking TrueLight technology, which redefines standards for colour accuracy.

The Brompton booth will allow visitors to experience Brompton’s latest advancements through a dedicated broadcast and live events demo area, where comparisons between HDR and SDR content, HDR content with and without Extended Bit Depth, and features like Dark Magic, Puretone and Dark Time Insertion will be on display. Those seeking a deeper look into the potential of TrueLight can experience a specialised demonstration using ROE Carbon 5 MKII LED panels, enabled by Brompton’s Dynamic Calibration technology and the powerful Tessera G1 receiver card.

The booth will also highlight an array of Brompton’s latest hardware solutions, including the new 8K Tessera SQ200 LED video processor, which will also be on display at Brompton Diamond Partner, ROE Visual’s booth. This marks the SQ200’s continued presence following successful showcases at NAB and InfoComm.

“LDI 2024 offers an incredible opportunity to connect with industry leaders and innovators, especially in live events and broadcast, where reliability and colour fidelity are everything,” says Sean Sheridan, general manager (Americas) at Brompton. “We’re excited to present a range of solutions that further extend LED performance and image quality.”

Visitors will find several interactive areas on Brompton’s booth, including a podcast studio setup with overhead RGBW lighting and dynamic scenic content as a backdrop. Positioned near the Circle Bar, this area will also serve as the central space for talks, presentations, and meetings, along with continuous TrueLight demonstrations.

A further ROE BP2 billboard screen will display an ST2110 explainer video and a schedule for presentations and talks. A hands-on live events demo screen, again featuring ROE BP2 panels along with a single Tessera S8 processor, will provide an immersive experience for visitors, and a rotating product display will present both Gen 2 and Gen 3 products, highlighting the evolution of Brompton’s solutions.

“We’re thrilled to bring our latest products to LDI and demonstrate firsthand how they support the industry’s evolving needs,” concludes Sheridan. “From award-winning concerts to immersive broadcast experiences, Brompton remains committed to delivering LED processing solutions that set new standards for visual quality and reliability in any setting.”
