Launched in September last year, LIGHTset has been designed and manufactured in the UK to transform the way stage and set backdrops are created, representing substantial savings on crew and transport costs. The 'all in one' solution combines 3D printed images, creative lighting and crisp front or rear projection, and has already been seen at events in The Grove West London, Sandown Park Racecourse and across the UK on two extensive corporate roadshows.
Creative director, Phil Harlow and his team will further highlight LIGHTset's creative capabilities on stand H22 at the Event Production Show, where they plan to showcase a full size LIGHTset performing under "real" show conditions. Demonstrating its unique rear projection and back lighting qualities as well as featuring different LIGHTset designs over the two day show.
"Visitors to the Event Production Show always like to see what's new and innovative when it comes to staging live events," said Phil, "so we thought exhibiting would present the ideal opportunity to demonstrate LIGHTset to a captive audience. So far, we have been overwhelmed by the response since the launch, with many of our clients commenting on how straightforward LIGHTset is to transport, rig and store. We hope to show many event professionals how LIGHTset can offer a practical and flexible solution for stage and set backdrops."
Easy to store, completely washable and available for sale or hire, LIGHTset is designed for use at conferences, live events, exhibitions and awards ceremonies. It can also be customised for branded retail displays or hospitality venues using magnets to affix polystyrene logos to the set.
