As one of the UK's most experienced event webcasting specialists, Lloyd was able to share what he's learned on the road and in the field about using Mediasite to record and stream live events and conferences. He addressed the major differences between installed and touring systems along with best practices and first-hand case studies of how to ensure a successful event.
His presentation was designed to help potential users understand major differences in deployment and the ease of incorporating Mediasite into an ad hoc AV installation. It illustrated how to 'drive from the back seat' by planning the capture process from end to start and review allied technologies that can help achieve the desired webcast outcome, along with plenty of tips, tricks and myths.
The conference took place at the Monona Terrace Convention Centre in Madison, Wisconsin.
