London Light's rental business will merge fully under the Aurora umbrella with immediate effect. The coming together will benefit existing customers of both parties with a new increased inventory pool. This integration combined with substantial equipment investment reflects the forward momentum at Aurora, says the company.
Aurora's managing director Nick Edwards says, "We are delighted to implement London Light's infrastructure into our growing operations. In recent years London Light has built up a strong reputation for technical excellence and strong customer relation values. At the same time I'm equally as excited to be welcoming Sam Crook to our management team."
London Light's technical director Sam Crook comments, "All of the London Light team are looking forward to becoming a part of Aurora. I believe that both companies share a similar vision and this was the perfect time for the next step in London Light's development."
As of 31 March 2014, London Light's operations will be consolidated at Aurora's West London headquarters. Communication channels for both companies in the interim will remain unchanged.
