Partnering with Norah de Bekker, John Frattalone, Meghan Campbell, and a fast resource of experienced LED Engineers they will be operating out of a new LED LAB in Tribeca New York.
The move, the company says, is a logical continuation of de Keyzer's move a few years ago to establish the LED LAB in New York City's SoHo, where rental clients and their end-clients could experience technologies hands on, in real-life scale and brainstorm on endless creative possibilities.
IC's focus is to create easier ways to design unique out-of-the-box video displays. "Everybody wants something uniquely visual, different sizes, different shapes, but all that at an affordable level," says Marcel, "which we intend to cater to them with our experience and the LAB having more unique products on display and our resources to develop custom made solutions".
IC Technologies is selling a few different product lines, varying from modular panels to custom pieces. All developed for the various industries - i.e. lightweight, creative, thin and easy-to-use products primarily designed for the AV rental marketplace; LED Video Sculptures ready to plug and play - specifically for retail, design and architectural markets; high resolution, high refresh rate 2.5mm displays for TV studios etc.
IC Technologies new LED LAB will be located to 475 Greenwich Street in Tribeca NYC, and is slated to open mid-March to offer an even better space for AV companies, architects, set-, lighting-, interior-, environment-, entertainment- and exhibit designers to brainstorm on new dynamic video environments, the company says.
