Denmark - The Entertainment Sales Division at Martin Professional's Danish headquarters has appointed four experienced and highly qualified Martin personnel to the company's International Entertainment Sales team. All four bring with them years of company experience.

Kasper Gissel joins the Division as business development manager. As former head of corporate finance, Gissel has a strong insight into the global rental market. In addition to strengthening the company's global rental position, Gissel will continue to be involved in sales, pricing and credit policy.

Karsten Petersen has been appointed leisure segment manager. Petersen is a former CFO of Martin US, current project manager for Martin's newly-opened China factory, and manager of the company's cruise line activities, and brings a mix of financial and sales skills to the Entertainment Sales team.

Claus Jensen has been appointed technical product manager for the Stage, Studio and Event (SSE) segment. Besides providing critical technical feedback on SSE products, Jensen will serve as a key SSE link to the company's R&D department. He joins the sales team from Martin's Exhibition Department, where he built up an in-depth technical knowledge of Martin products in addition to refining his programming skills. Jensen's new responsibilities will allow Mark Ravenhill, former product manager for the SSE segment who now assumes the position of SSE segment manager, to focus more heavily on the commercial aspects of the SSE segment.

Finally, Morten Kristensen joins the Entertainment Sales Division as technical product manager for the DJ/Club segment. Kristensen's new duties include serving as the DJ/Club link to Martin's R&D Department, as well as providing technical feedback on DJ/Club products. As a project manager in R&D and former service manager at Martin US the company say that Kristensen is highly knowledgeable in every aspect of Martin products.. His new position allows former product manager and newly-appointed DJ/Club segment manager, Morten Gjøtz, to concentrate on the commercial aspects of this segment.

Stig Holst, international sales director, Entertainment, commented on the appointments: "We continually strive to achieve superior results by more proactively serving our subsidiaries and distributors. These appointments will undoubtedly help us do that."
