There are 27 categories of instrument, each with the option to nominate best-seller, best value for money and most innovative product. The awards also feature categories for printed music, publications and software products. The short-listed nominations will be on display at the British Music Fair on 6 and 7 July at Birmingham N.I.A. and the winners will be celebrated at the MIA Annual Conference in London on 23 October.
