Delegate numbers are rising and include representation from all over the world including Australia, Dubai, France, Qatar, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK, say the organisers. Delegate places are still available and there is time to book either a full conference pass, a day pass or a seat at the gala dinner.
The line up of speakers from around the world includes Piers Shepperd, Hamish Hamilton, Dave Crump, Sakchin Bessette, Tim Dunn and David Atkins.
The organisers have confirmed H.E. Laila Mohammed Suhail as the gala dinner keynote speaker.
Another speaker at the conference is Marc Schneider, director of global events for Riedel Communciations. Schneider is responsible for the management of communications and signal distribution infrastructures at large-scale events. His recent projects include the London Olympic Summer Games 2012 and UEFA Euro 2012.
"I am really looking forward to providing event organisers and rental providers with a real inside-view about how to cope with the ever-growing demands of today's event productions," observes Schneider. "And here I do not mean only the opening and closing ceremonies of multi-sports events, but also any smaller event production. Today the key for economic success in this business is hidden in operational costs, which depend to a large degree on the infrastructure decisions that you make. The Dynamic Events Conference next month provides a platform for debate and discussion on these important production issues."
The conference is supported by a network of sponsors including Sennheiser, Clay Paky, Optocore, PRG, DiGiCo, Green Hippo, A&O Technology, Martin Professional, ISES, AV Alliance, Pitmans and Clear-Com. Most recently, Showforce has joined the list as regional supporter.
Concludes Ben Chadwick, event manager of Dynamic Events 2013, "There is no doubt that with Dynamic Events what we are providing is a vital networking and learning opportunity for those involved in mega global productions."
