Stage Electrics currently has 23 staff in these key positions throughout the country, who will now be referred to as customer service representatives. They will continue to report directly to their respective managers but work closely with Western in her new position. She has extensive sales and customer service experience, bringing the necessary skills to this new and important role.
The company has also announced that Andrew Sugg, currently a front-line customer service representative in Bristol, is going out on the road for a three-month secondment. Sugg will be working in and around Newcastle and just a little further afield in Scotland. Many of his current customers are Scottish theatres and venues and he is looking forward to working more closely with them, say Stage Electrics.
Finally, Andrew Stringer, currently based at Stage Electrics’ London Branch as account handler, is leaving the UK’s shores to set up a Stage Electrics sales office in Canada. Stringer joined the group last year from Cerebrum and has enjoyed a very successful eight months. After many holidays and experiences in Canada, Stringer felt he would like to emigrate and this coincided with the company’s desire to develop further in overseas markets.
