Davis brings over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnering in the high-tech, manufacturing automation, and software industries in the US and abroad. Prior to Color Kinetics, Davis held the Singapore-based position of managing director and President, Asia Pacific Operations, for Varta Batteries Private Ltd. He held sales and marketing positions with Schneider Automation, AEG Modicon, Automatix Inc, Pfizer Medical Systems and IBM.
Van Aard has immediately helped establish the company's European sales operations based in the Netherlands. Just prior to Color Kinetics, he held the position of vice-president for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Juniper Networks. Van Aard is a telecom industry veteran, holding senior operational management positions with large organizations such as Lucent Technologies and Cisco Systems as well as start-ups like Redback Networks and Unisphere (acquired by Juniper Networks).(Lee Baldock)
