The newly developed EV-Series woofers and crossover networks reliably produce highest SPLs at full bandwidth. RoadWood enclosures, steel grilles, high impact corners, and comfortable handles complete the package for years of reliable sound quality. Used together, EV's unique system design allows one amplifier channel to drive the sub's built-in crossover that provides the full-range output. No additional crossovers or amps are required for this true three-way system. The EV Q66 amplifier - with up to 850W per channel - is the perfect drive for a stereo three-way rig with one G118 and one G115 per side.
The Gladiator G115 two-way features a high output EVS-15FR 15" woofer, 60° x 40° controlled coverage, a DH2010 compression driver for extended HF and reliability, 99dB of high sensitivity, and 400W continuous power/1,600W peak power handling. The Gladiator G118 features an EVS-18S 18" woofer with high power four-layer voice coil, extended frequency response to 32Hz, built-in crossover for use as a three-way system, and 400W continuous power/1,600W peak power rating.
Also from EV, The SxA100+ is a compact, powered sound reinforcement loudspeaker intended for live sound, speech, playback, DJ, and institutional venues. The SxA100+ works well as a self-contained vocal system, a powered floor monitor, and a full-range music system - all in one lightweight cabinet. The SxA100+ joins a family comprised of the SxA250 15" two-way, SxA180 18" woofer system, and SbA750 compact powered subwoofer; Electro-Voice offers the customer powered speakers with excellent performance, unbelievable flexibility and unbeatable value. Electro-Voice presents the SbA750 compact powered subwoofer, one of two new additions to its line of powered loudspeakers.
Finally from EV, the SbA750 is a powered subwoofer with integrated active stereo crossover featuring a patented filter design for maximized low frequency output. It is designed to complement the SxA100+ and SxA250 powered speakers, as well as the passive cabinets Sx300 and Sx100+. The built-in state-of-the art power amplifier module delivers 750W RMS power to an EV DL15Y 15" woofer. The audio performance and the reliability features of the amplifier are derived from the famous EV Precision Series of power amplifiers.
