USA - As the next generation of Menudo emerges from the hit MTV show, "Making Menudo, the so-called "final five" will be on their first tour with personal monitors from Future Sonics. Company founder and president, Marty Garcia, is the innovator behind professional earphone products and systems of this type that are still in use today by some of the members of the very first carnation of the Latin supergroup.

According to Cary Reichbach, vice-president of Menudo Entertainment: "Future Sonics products were hand-selected for Menudo and really have the best sound quality out there. Since we're looking at the long-term, the additional benefits are also about seriously reducing the need to have the volume up so high, but still hearing well. Once again, Marty [Garcia] and his team deliver the best."

"This is really exciting to see the outstanding level of talent continue the Menudo legacy and we're very proud to be involved with this new generation," reports Garcia who, himself, was on-site with the finalists to help introduce them to his concept of personal monitors. Continuing: "We want these guys to hear really well for a very long time, but to get all of the energy and feel they'll need for what is on the road ahead."

The original Menudo took the US and Latin America by storm during its run in the late 70s and 80s, recorded 35 albums, sold more than 60 million records and set concert attendance records worldwide. A legendary five member boy band, from which superstars such as Ricky Martin and Robby Rosa emerged, the group even continues to hold the world record for performing in front of the largest live audience in music history.
