Says a statement, "The company has been purchased by one of our primary suppliers and installation partners, Daniel Slade, managing director of Lighting Controlled, together with other investors. They will focus on the well-established name, customer base and 43-year history of ASG to further develop the scope and complementary services offered by the combined companies.
ASG has been successful over many years, but the time is now right for the present directors to move on, allowing ASG to progress and grow with a new dynamic management team. We thank you for your support over many years of trading."
