New product line-up from SCV London

SCV London has announced the availability of a raft of new products from leading pro audio manufacturers including Mipro, who claim to have developed the world’s first ACT (Automatic Channel Targeting) system. This allows the user to automatically set the transmitter channel to the same operating frequency as the receiver, protecting from errors, mechanical breakdown and accidental changes which are all too common when relying on manual adjustment. The transmitters come in two forms, beltpack or microphone and there are three models in the microphone range: ACT707HS in a plastic casing, ACT707H in a durable plastic casing with a large easy to read LCD for display of groups, channels, error codes and battery condition, and the ACT707HM, which includes all the features of the H, but is housed in a professional metal casing with a balanced XLR connector.

Acid Pro 4.0 is the latest version of SonicFoundry's loop-based music creation tool which allows professionals to produce original, royalty-free music. It can create songs, remix tracks, produce 5.1 surround audio mixes, develop music beds, score videos and create music for web sites and Flash animations. Users can compose using unlimited tracks of audio and MIDI, import and Beatmap complete songs and save to a variety of formats such as WAV, WMA, RM, AVI, and MP3. Infinite amount of loops and MIDI tracks can be used with unlimited tracks, and users can apply VSTi soft synths, create amazing 5.1 surround mixes and perform video scoring.
