Nexo's ETC programme offers convenient and affordable education, training and certification in general electroacoustic principles, and real-world practical operation of Nexo line array and point-source systems in the live production environment.
The foundation module, ETC1, has been designed for sound designers, engineers and technicians working with Nexo equipment. Taught by Nexo instructors, this two-day event progresses from theoretical classes in general acoustics, line array concepts and the case for point source systems, to practical hands-on training with Geo S12 line arrays.
Technical overviews of Nexo's product family lead into an in-depth look at networking and control software; the module on advanced system design concludes with a session on environmental acoustics, covering noise control and pollution issues.
Students for the ETC1 course can attend just the first day of training, but those that successfully complete the whole two-day syllabus will receive a certificate identifying them as a Nexo Systems Accredited User.
Each course has a maximum capacity of 25 places, so interested parties are invited to contact Nexo or their dealer and book their spot quickly. Email to info@nexo.fr.
