Nexo will present three new products at the PL+S show this year, as well as ongoing refinements to the STM Series and its accessories.
With the launch of the LS18 subbass cabinet, Nexo brings new versatility to two of its best-selling product ranges. The LS18 is compatible with both the Geo S12 line array and the PS Series cabinets, and will please Nexo customers with its agreeable price:dB ratio, says the company.
As the order book for the STM Series touring line array continues to grow, Nexo has released STMi, a trio of installation models for high SPL applications, such as theatres and auditoria, houses of worship and live music venues.
STMi extends the concept of Scale Through Modularity to provide designers of fixed-installation systems with a series of three cabinets (main, bass and sub) which can be configured in any combination to achieve the desired frequency response or power.
STMi M46 Main and STMi B112 bass cabinets are injection-moulded polyurethane enclosures which are presented with a rigid rigging system with no moving parts. The STMi toolkit is completed by a single 18" sub which can be flown or ground-stacked in line, running omnidirectional or cardioid modes.
Entirely authored at Nexo R&D, the NeMo app provides remote control over a network of NXAMP TDControllers, the proprietary amplification and management systems for all Nexo loudspeakers. Presently running exclusively on Apple touchscreen devices such as iPad and iPhone, NeMo provides intuitive control over wi-fi, giving the user the ability to visualize the network on a 2D map and organize it as preferred.
