O'Neill has a varied background which includes eight years in investment banking. He has developed more obvious skills for his role with Arena Structures having worked on numerous events projects over 17 years, including being part of the production team for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. O'Neill commented on his new position: "I am thrilled to be given this opportunity to work with such a dynamic team, with a company that has secured such a varied clientele with such a vast range of products."
