The event was also covered by all the national TV newsreels. The Outline F.O.H. system - helmed by Marco Covaccioli (Alex Baroni’s sound engineer) and Enrico Chiarioni - was made up of twelve Tripla II and 12 Victor Live subwoofers, backed up by three Tripla II on near-field duties. On stage, in the capable hands of technical director Massimo Centofanti and monitor engineer Alberto Recchia, there were six H.A.R.D. 212 monitors and two Bomber systems (also Outline), used for side-fill. Amplification and control was via series T digital power amps and Genius 6 processors.
Filippo Rocca, production manager and owner of Immagina, the production and set design company for the event, commented: "I’m satisfied with the results achieved here at the Imperial Forums with the Tripla system: the Outline have remarkable performance considering their compact size. Plus the sound, really intelligible and evenly distributed, was distortion-free at very high sound pressure levels. As far as the H.A.R.D. 212 monitors are concerned, I had already been favourably impressed on the occasion of the show ‘Un disco per l’estate’ and the Christmas Concert at the Vatican."
