After securing the contract to provide well over 200 dnp Supernova Core optical screens for primary and secondary schools in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, the company will be showcasing the power of this front projection platform - possibly in 3D as well as 2D.
Paradigm AV also represents GestureTek, gesture-controlled technology in the UK - which is proving increasingly popular in schools, particularly those with special educational needs.
One of the more recent innovations has been the GestureTek Cube, which will be on display at BETT. This is a compact, turnkey, 'plug and play' interactive portable interactive floor. The latest version projects entertaining games and special effects in a larger, higher resolution image, onto virtually any floor, enabling children to interact via gesture control.
Paradigm AV will take the interactive theme further, with the Displax Oqtopus Multitouch Table. This combines "stunning design with a disruptive multitouch technology", and includes true multitouch and multiuser customisable software. The table delivers full 47" LED HD resolution in a simple plug and play design.
The company will also show its Trojan high definition portable rear projection unit, using dnp's optical rear projection screen technology. This, too, is finding popularity in schools, where it can easily be wheeled from classroom to classroom.
Finally, Paradigm AV will also show examples of the work their partners have been carrying out in schools with both their GestureTek and Supernova platforms.
