Paul Brewis moves from Marshall Amplification
UK - Paul Brewis has joined Studioking Ltd as international sales and business development manager for both Carlsbro and Studiomaster brands.

Brewis brings 12 years of experience with Marshall Amplification and a wealth of industry and international artist contacts to the newly created role. His brief is to develop and implement completely new market strategies for the Carlsbro and Studiomaster brands to establish them as major players in the MI and pro audio industries.

Speaking on record for the first time in his new position, Brewis stated, "In terms of our ongoing approach to the market we are starting with a completely blank canvas. At this stage I'm not going to go into the detail as to what we are going to be doing or how we are going to be doing it, except to say that the planned innovative changes and strategy will encompass all market sectors and price points - from entry to fully professional level - under the Carlsbro and Studiomaster marques.

"I want the industry to understand that the past is history and that it's what we do with the future that counts. We are going to be using all available avenues, in design and manufacturing technology, selling and marketing, breathing new life into these two classic brands and creating a major industry success story."

Brewis is clear, the tenets on which the strategy will rest are market driven: "I know what the market wants, I know what the market needs and I intend that we will be first to market with new and unique features and products. Moreover, this strategy will be backed by a goliath of manufacturing, in terms of what our parent company, Soundking Group, is capable of and the capacity it has.

Speaking for Studioking Ltd., Carlsbro and Studiomaster marketing manager, Patrick Almond, said, "Paul is a widely recognised industry figure, and the skills and experience that he brings to this new position are very obvious. His appointment is a clear statement of intent as to our intentions for the future of these two brands. We warmly welcome Paul to the company and look forward to future success."
