With extensive industry experience both in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region with firms such as Quantel (UK), Measat Broadcast Network Systems (Malaysia), AMS/Neve (UK and Hong Kong) and Mandrill Recording Studios (New Zealand) Pearce joins Biamp Systems from Sony (UK) Ltd, England, where he was technical account manager with responsibility in the UK for product management of the Sony XDCAM range of products and Sony XPRI systems. Before joining Sony, Pearce owned and managed his own systems integration firm, Anzucom, operating from Hong Kong and New Zealand, where his projects included the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur and Loxley Video Post in Bangkok. A graduate of Salford College of Technology, Salford, England, his experience also includes tour management for Youth for Christ and Parachute Productions, technical support for HSS Sightsound in Manchester, England, Post Production Engineer with Utopia Recording Studios, London, England and test engineer with Trident Audio Developments, Surrey, England.
