Lightfactor Sales was acquired by the Polaron Group in December 2004 prior to Polaron's acquisition by Cooper Industries in March 2007 and currently operates within the Cooper Controls division of Cooper Lighting.
Simon Sparrow, director global operations for Cooper Controls and Emma Waissman join the Lightfactor team to provide additional management support and allow the team to focus on customer needs. Peter Coles continues as the primary point of contact for Lightfactor .
