The V70 mic from Line 6.
UK - Line 6, Inc., an industry leader in digital modeling technology for music production, is currently showcasing its new XD-V digital wireless microphone systems at PLASA 2010.

Line 6 digital wireless microphone systems offer a simple and effective alternative to conventional core TV band UHF wireless systems. XD-V systems operate in the 2.4GHz band, which permits worldwide license-free operation while delivering future-proof solutions from any further re-allocation of the core UHF spectrum to the pro audio user.

"Since its release, Line 6 digital wireless technology has received unanimous praise for its unmatched performance, simplicity and sound," remarks Simon Jones, vice president of new market development at Line 6. "PLASA 2010 is the perfect venue to bring this new, advanced technology and simple user experience directly to a key audience of audio professionals."

Line 6 is on-site at stand 1-J12 showcasing XD-V30 and XD-V70 handheld wireless microphone systems, and XD-V30L and XD-V70L lavalier wireless microphone systems.

All XD-V systems feature exclusive VWT (Virtual Wire Transmission) and PDP (Proprietary Data Placement) technologies that not only deliver exceptional frequency response and dynamic range but also crystal-clear audio that is unaffected by RF interference.

Owned and organized by the Professional Lighting and Sound Association (PLASA), the show is the leading international new technology event.
