The STW4001 4m wind-up stand
UK - Successfully launched at PLASA 2010, Mobil Tech's new 4m wind-up stand will be showcased on Stand 1-F43 at PLASA 2011. The STW4001 is the latest development in the StandTek range of wind-up stands and has sold well in the UK and to export markets over the last 12 months. A stable and robust product, with an all-black/steel finish, the new stand has a heavy-duty mast for extra stability at height. It extends to 4m and has a maximum load of 70kg.

The StandTek series now comprises six lighting and audio stands. Features include a new auto-lock pin system, silent winch with a popular retractable handle, adjustable double-brace collar, adjustable legs and heavy-duty rubber feet with castor option.

The new 4m wind-up stand (SWT4001) is a development of the STW3001, replacing the long-serving SPTek 4000/SP2TA stand, but retaining the same important characteristics. The STW4001 will be on display with a range of high-specification speaker and lighting stands, trussing and various accessory products.

Peter Stressing, Mobil Tech sales director, comments: "We were pleased with the response we received from the visitors to our stand last year and we have achieved significant sales in the last six months. With a second year of showcasing the STW4001 we expect an even greater response. "

"We are known for producing reliable, high-quality, high-specification stands, trusses and accessories for professional use and this is yet another innovation from Mobil Tech. PLASA2011 is an important event for us to showcase our products to an international audience and meet customers and potential customers. We are constantly evaluating our product range and are planning to introduce further innovations in the next few years."
