Ayrton NandoBeam S9 receives its World Premiere at PLASA London 2014
UK - Ayrton will be exhibiting at PLASA, London (5-8 October, Stand R70) with an array of new products, all of which have been introduced to the market in the last few months. The new Radical Series and the full NandoBeam Range will both receive their UK premieres, with a world premiere reserved for the launch of the new NandoBeamS9.

The latest in the NandoBeam family, NandoBeam S9 is the big brother of the NandoBeamS3 and NandoBeamS6 LED moving head fixtures. Aimed at large musical, television and spectacular productions, NandoBeam S9 offers 55 x 15W RGBW LED and the same massive 8° to 40° zoom range in a highly controllable, rock-solid package. NandoBeam's independently controllable centre LED and ring configuration ensures the creation of a multitude of graphic effects.

A new-generation power supply offers over 95% total output efficiency and enables continuous use of its 55 Osram 15-Watt RGBW LED emitters at full power without any loss of performance. NandoBeam S9 is fitted with an active cooling system using heat transfer fluid with phase change, allowing for heavy use under extreme conditions.

Ayrton has put utmost care into the design and selection of materials when it developed its 5:1 optical zoom. A solid cluster of 55 lenses help reduce its diameter while a double honeycomb system has been introduced to enhance contrast and eliminate stray reflections.

The main benefit of NandoBeam's optical zoom system is constant efficiency regardless of the zoom aperture - unlike much of the competition, this luminaire can obtain a particularly effective tight beam across its 8° to 40° adjustable beam spread which makes the NandoBeam S9 highly versatile.

Launched in March 2014, Ayrton's high-performance Radical Series has been developed to maximise the potential of each product, without compromise, to deliver the best performance possible.

MagicPanel-R is the Radical sibling of the famous MagicPanel602 which enjoys huge international success following its launch at Prolight + Sound 2013. Fitted with 25 15W LED RGBW sources in a 5 x 5 matrix, MagicPanel-R integrates the R-Series signature features with continuous double rotation on two axes.

The original 'Stage Classic' MagicPanel 602, by contrast, is formed of a 6 x 6 matrix using 45 mm optics that feature a 7.5° beam aperture. MagicPanel 602 presents 40% more emitters on the same surface area which makes it perfect for video display as well as the dramatic feature/effects lighting seen on recent large scale tours and events such as Beyoncé and Jay-Z's On the Run US tour.

MagicBlade-R presents a totally new design that, just like MagicPanel 602 and MagicPanel-R, offers continual double rotation on the PAN/TILT axes.

MagicRing-R9 is the most powerful and extravagant member of the Series and certainly the most Radical in terms of its dimensions. With an overall flux of 28,000 lumen and a centre beam intensity in excess of 3,200,000 candela, it is reserved for extreme uses.

IntelliPix-R is a semi-transparent IP65 5 x 5 matrix of RGBW LED sources and the only non-moving member of the Radical Series. Designed for the creation of suspended screens, poles and ceilings, IntelliPix can also be installed on the ground, using a purpose-built accessory, to form a 3D luminous floor.
