Nashville is the latest event to be launched under the PLASA Focus banner, and follows the hugely successful PLASA Focus: Austin, held in February of this year. The current series of North American regional events are modelled after PLASA Focus: Leeds (UK), which, in its third year, topped 2500 attendees.
PLASA Focus: Nashville 2012 will bring regional entertainment technology communities together to do business and network in a relaxed and friendly setting. While regional exhibitors and visitors are set to benefit from the new event, PLASA Focus: Nashville will also give those involved the opportunity to mix with a wider audience than has ever been possible before as PLASA Focus: Nashville will overlap with the annual Summer NAMM event, taking place 12-14 July, 2012 at the Nashville Convention Centre.
In addition to this agreement, in 2013, PLASA and NAMM are planning to further develop their relationship by offering a PLASA Focus event at Summer NAMM inside the new Music City Centre, allowing more space for professional lighting and live sound exhibits along with the music products show floor and educational sessions. Exciting times ahead!
Each two-day PLASA Focus show is free to attend for registered visitors. There will be plenty of opportunity to engage with peers and meet new people, including a free two-day Professional Development Program, which is created by the industry's leading names. Visitors should register online today to be the first to receive major new announcements in the coming weeks.
An inclusive hard wall booth package - including furniture, power, material handling fee and lighting - levels the playing field to give exhibitors a simple and affordable exhibiting experience. PLASA members receive substantially discounted exhibit space at PLASA Focus: Nashville 2012 and further discounts are available for those that exhibited at PLASA Focus: Austin 2012.
