UK - Polar will stage a demonstration day for the Turbosound Manchester Series of loudspeakers at the Old Savoy Theatre, Northampton on Tuesday, 19 November.
The Turbosound Manchester Series is designed for large-scale sound reinforcement at concerts, festivals, and stadiums. It features advanced waveguide technology and custom transducers. Its modular design allows scalable configurations for indoor and outdoor venues, ensuring superior performance and reliability for touring professionals and large events.
The event will provide an opportunity for sound engineers, audio professionals, and industry peers to listen to the Manchester Series in action. Visitors will experience its sound performance, discuss specific technical features, and get hands-on experience and insight into how the Series can be deployed in a wide variety of professional audio environments. Polar’s team will also be on hand to chat about potential flexible financing options.
In addition to the Manchester Series, the demo day will also feature the Turbosound TQ Series of point-source loudspeakers, Lab.Gruppen’s PLM Series and IPX 4800 amplifiers, Lake’s LMX88 digital processor, and the Midas HD96 digital mixing console. The event will provide an opportunity to see how these products integrate and complement each other in live sound applications.
Polar’s Andy Plunkett, who will manage the event, comments: “Over recent years, our roadshows have underlined just how important it is for our customers to get up-close and personal with audio systems in real-life settings. When someone is considering a significant purchase, it’s vital that they get hands-on with a system to satisfy themselves that it meets their needs. Our roadshow events are invariably well-subscribed, and the responses we receive confirm that the format is extremely useful and popular.
“From a Polar perspective, to be able to get out in the field and chat with customers about their needs, and listen to their thoughts about the market is invaluable. The Turbosound Manchester Series offers incredible audio quality and value, and we’re very much looking forward to demonstrating its virtues to all those in attendance.”
