Power Logistics specialises in providing temporary power, heating and lighting for the event and entertainment sector.
It has now bought a further 20 state of the art, energy-efficient lights thanks to asset finance facility provided by Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. The lights will be used this year in functions across the UK.
The investment is part of the business' ambitious plan to double in size in the next five years.
Mike Whitehouse, managing director of Power Logistics, said, "We have ambitious plans for growth and the new facility from Lloyds Bank means we can look ahead with confidence as we aim to increase the size of the business.
"Having seen a new opportunity to expand the business in response to higher demand, we came to Lloyds Bank to help us secure our new equipment. After working with the bank for 15 years, they understand our business inside out."
Since opening its doors for business in 2000, Power Logistics has grown into one of the UK's leading providers of power and electrical services to music festivals, sporting events and corporate functions.
The company has established a global reach, providing services for clients in countries such as Oman, Qatar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Maldives, Turkey and Russia.
Stuart Williams, regional manager at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, added, "Having already worked on high profile national events and with household-name brands, Power Logistics has already made its mark on the entertainment industry.
"It has been a long-standing customer of ours, so we were able to devise a bespoke funding package that reflects the firm's requirements as the company as it looks to double in size."
